LLP «TenizService » (ТС) is the Client for development of offshore and onshore facilities of the Cargo Transportation Road whose purpose is to open the eastern coast of the northern part of the Caspian Sea for delivering of modules and other goods. Besides the other issues, the purpose of Cargo Transportation Road is to provide supplies to various onshore, coastal and offshore oil and gas fields in the region.
The highway which is in the list of designed CAtRo facilities will be used for transportation of large-sized modules (weighing up 2000 tones) from the mooring cargo unloading area till the land allocation boundary of Tengiz field.
These modules will be supplied for implementation of TCO Future Growth Project (FGP). Transportation will be carried out by means of Self Propelled Module Transporters , modular conveyors and trailers (total load is 2360 tones ) creating a design load up to 62 kPa with a vehicle base 60 x 6,3 m2 and road width 9,3 m.
The route section of an access road runs along the southern side of Zapadnaya Prorva and located in Zhylyoisky region of Atyrau oblast of Republic of Kazakhstan
The regional center of Kulsary city is situated in 135 km, the regional center of Atyrau is located in 375 km. Roadway network. Communication with villages is performed via unpaved roads and with the regional center through the paved roads. The regional center is connected by road of regional significance Aktau-Atyrau with asphalt pavement and partially macadam pavement. The nearest railway line runs between Kulsary city and through Beineu village towards south (Aktau city).Opornaya station is located on this line which is connected by Prorva field road.

- Construction of evaporation ponds with an area 15 hectare and temporary storage facilities.
- Assembling, painting, installation of communications tower 70 meters.
- Installation of HESCO gabions and polymer sheet piles Prolock in set with steel tubes as the part of the project «Implementation of mitigation measures in case of extreme water level»
