Rewarding event for employees with high performance indicators as well as for the laborers who have actively promoted the safety culture was conducted by Company “UNEXSGTROY at “Third Generation Plant (3GP)” Tengiz field. More than 100 employees were awarded with diplomas and gifts on behalf of the company's management.
This event got beneficial effects and positive feedback on the part of the whole team. It can be state with confidence that rewarding of employees was positively affected on solidarity of the team and brought to high performance motivation.
